Privacy Policy

This policy explains how All Set Checklists (the iPhone app and allsetchecklists.com) handles information. The app is operated by Timothy Hess ("we").
Summary
Private lists, outings and checkmarks are planned to be stored on your iPhone and work offline. Taking a public template does not send your personal additions or trip details to its creator. Searching the public library and publishing need an online service.
Information we collect
- If you sign in to publish or star templates: your account details and email address, the templates you publish, your public author name and your star contributions
- Reports you submit about public templates
- If you purchase the optional supporter subscription: purchase and subscription status
- Crash and error diagnostics limited to technical details, with no checklist content
Information we do not collect
- Your private lists, personal additions, trip dates or notes, unless you explicitly publish a template
- What you pack or check off
- Location, contacts or advertising identifiers
Optional account
Private checklist tools work without an account. Signing in will be needed to publish a template or add a public star. Before publishing, you'll see exactly what becomes public. We will update this policy before launch to match the released app. At that point it will name the service that hosts public templates.
iOS permissions
- — For preparation or last-minute reminders you set. Declining them doesn't affect your lists.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers only to run the app. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
- RevenueCat — Processing the optional supporter subscription and restoring purchases. It does not receive your app content.
- Sentry — Crash and error diagnostics that exclude your personal content. We will confirm the exact fields in this policy before launch.
Advertising
Any ads in the free version promote other apps by the same developer. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-app advertising, and do not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you.
Purchases
Optional supporter subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status (for example, whether a subscription is active) but never your payment card details.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can use the app without an account, turn off notifications and permissions in iPhone Settings, and delete local data by deleting the app. To access or delete information connected to you, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable safeguards. Crash reports are kept for a limited period.
